Star Wars Land and rides at Disney World / Disney Land
A unique design once – built twice projects included land development of +14 Acres, 6 buildings, 2 back of house facilities, 126 animatronic figures, thousands of show sets elements, fit out, props and over 250,000 SqFt of Rockwork (+24,000 m2), TCP.
Our team had supported the project from the “blue sky” through opening by providing CPM planning, specialty EV reports, Progress tracking, change management control for specialty contractors, 4D scheduling, Estimating and Handover process.
Splash Mountain WDW
2013/2014 largest ride rehab in WDW included full refurbishment of ride mechanical, animatronic figures, Rock Work, 4 pumps and ride flume.
Our team provided CPM planning and scheduling for more than 18 trades and subs. Work was done in 3 shifts. Coordination of buyouts and operations handover.
Universal Orlando Resort: Epic Universe
Opening in summer 2025: largest and Newest Theme Park Development currently undergoing in Florida, USA. Land development of 110 Acres.
Our team has been supporting the project in two lands (How to Train Your Dragon, Super Nintendo World) by providing CPM planning, Progress tracking, change management control for specialty contractors, 4D scheduling – ride / facility integration, production and overseas procurement control and commercial management, quality control of Themed elements, Estimating, change control and Handover process.
Jurassic World VelociCoaster
The fastest and tallest launch coaster in Florida. At the very start of the ride, you’ll launch 70mph in just 2.4 seconds.
Our Team had the privilege to provide our expertise in Themed Rockwork and TCP CPM Scheduling / Planning of the project, Progress tracking, Specialty subs coordination and Change management.
Transformers-themed entertainment - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Spread over 10,000 square meters, The first Transformers-themed entertainment center in the world will open in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The attraction will be located in the Al Hamra district.
Currently our team is providing onsite support for CPM planning/scheduling of fit-outs, production scheduling and Installation coordination.
Peppa Pig – LEGOLAND Florida – Merlin Entertainments
