Project Summary – Delivery of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, an immersive themed land with groundbreaking attractions including Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run.
Services Provided – Project controls and scheduling, cost management, claims and delay analysis, contract administration, coordination with over 18 subcontractors, onsite progress monitoring, and earned value reporting.

Walt Disney World
Project: Splash Mountain – Walt Disney World (WDW)
Value: $198,750,000 (approx.)
Location: Orlando, Florida, USA
Client: Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI)
Summary: Renovation and transformation of a large-scale themed water ride attraction within Magic Kingdom, ensuring immersive guest experience and integration with surrounding park areas.
Services: CPM planning & scheduling, multi-trade subcontractor management, 3-shift schedule coordination, buyouts oversight, and seamless operational handover.



Epic Universe
Project: Epic Universe – Universal Orlando Resort

Client: Universal, multiple contractors.
Summary: Development of Universal’s next-generation theme park, featuring multiple immersive lands, rides, and attractions with advanced integration of themed elements and facilities.
Services: CPM planning & scheduling, progress tracking, facility integration with 4D scheduling, production & procurement control, quality assurance of themed elements, cost control (earned value), and change management with full handover support


Jurassic World
Project: Jurassic World VelociCoaster – Universal Orlando Resort

Client: Universal Orlando Resort
Summary:Design and construction support for one of Universal’s most advanced high-thrill roller coasters, featuring immersive theming, rock-work, and specialty show set integration.
Services: CPM scheduling & planning for themed rock-work, progress tracking, subcontractor coordination, and change management.



SEVEN – Al Hamra Entertainment
Value: Confidential (Mega Project)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Client: SEVEN (PIF) with Scenario Co.
Summary: World-class entertainment complex with themed zones, attractions, cinema, FECs, dining, retail, and Transformers zone under Vision 2030.
Services Provided: Project controls, scheduling, cost management, claims/delay analysis, , staff augmentation (Technical Manager, Senior Planner, Project Control) BIM Modeling and As builts.
