Business Development and Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

PCSS Contractors has continued to grow in projects controls and scheduling services, offering comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients, looking for a Business Development and marketing specialist that will be responsible for selling our project consulting Services. We are looking to expand these capabilities in our portfolio. You will be interacting with customers and working with our team with existing and new clints to grow these segments of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and review digital content through different social media Platforms, emails, online advertising, website content, blog posts, and more.
  • Understanding our engineering services and targeted markets.
  • Researching clients and possible contacts to grow business.
  • Understanding client’s business needs and working on creating marketing strategies.
  • Interfacing and Building Relationships with our Existing and new customers.
  • Assisting with and delivering quotes and proposals for assigned clients.
  • Assisting in the development of business goals for the business development team and ensuring that goals are met.
  • Protect the organization’s values and standards by keeping information confidential when necessary.
  • Know which social media sites are most popular with their customers and keep track of any current events that could impact advertising campaigns.
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • One to three years of business Development and digital marketing experience.
