Mina has developed and managed CPM construction schedules loaded with more than 5 billion dollars of critical resources and activities. His extensive knowledge of scheduling software capabilities, including risk management, claims avoidance techniques, earned value management, are an invaluable asset to every project to which he is engaged. The advantages of utilizing Mina’s CPM expertise are demonstrated in every project he manages.  He always helps our clients to avoid delays risks and justify Change Orders, EOT and present accurate TIA.

He is passionate about applying new technical skills and business acumen to deliver value and excellence to our clients and stakeholders.

Mina holds a BS. in Aerospace Engineering.
